Hunting on the Oregon Trail

My brother Mark, his son, Shane, and his other son, Rebel, the English Setter. Shane is 5 and wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else; he can't wait until he gets to carry his own gun. The day resulted in two pheasants (from the creek bottom in the photo) and three chukar (once they hit the draws) from the land around Cecil, Oregon, where you can still see the ruts from the Oregon Trail.
