A Galazan M-21 .410 scaled to size

Thirty years ago I fell victim to two double-barreled passions that were poles apart but equally appealing in their own rights: tiny, scaled-down .410s and Winchester Model 21s. Although diminutive .410 doubles were around, they were relatively rare, hard to find and expensive. Model 21s, however, were relatively plentiful at the time, with lots of nice ones on the trading market. Moreover, new M-21s were still within reach of most serious shotgunners who, like me, were anything but well-heeled and who, also like me, were enthusiastic subscribers to the cheerful philosophy of 1930s-era gun writer Capt.
