Parker No. 224491 be-gan life in 1927 as a 20-gauge VHE grade. However, the current owner had a different vision for this American classic. He commissioned Doug Turnbull and his craftsmen in New York along with engraver Neil Hermson in North Carolina to perform a minor miracle: upgrade the gun to an A-1 Special.
