Gunners crave shooting like bench-warming basketball players. For me, the fabled Deer Creek Lodge, in Sebree, Kentucky, gave me the game time I needed. The sure-fire cure? Upland gunning for quail-plus Huns, chukar and pheasants-along with some serious-fun mallard shooting. The double-barreled entrée fulfilled expectations and quite a bit more.
