What's New for Waterfowlers
The leaves have turned and fallen. The skies are gray once more. Mallards are massing north of the border, and the geese are passing through. What will make us more comfortable and more efficient watefowlers this season? Here are some new products to consider. I remember how a yellow Labrador compromised a duck hunt along Oregon's Columbia River a few years ago. The year-old male owned by a friend of mine was not yet fully trained. Rex moved around a lot, and his straw-colored coat didn't blend with the riverbank foliage.
