Upper Management

Apply for advancement in just about any endeavor and you'll have to prove up on several counts. I have only a vague idea what this involves in business, but I do know what we look for in shooting schools. And I have a notion that there's not that much difference. A declaration of having 30 years' experience doesn't cut much ice. There is a difference between 30 years of real experience and one year's experience repeated 30 times. We've come time after time across self-styled "advanced" shooters so sloppy in the fundamentals that they barely qualify as beginners.
