Double-Gun Metalwork

Who knows how much time it takes to build a double shotgun? You'll hear that it takes hundreds of hours to create a London "best." Then you'll hear about annual production figures and imagine dozens of elves working night and day spending those hundreds of hours building the volume of guns the maker achieves. From my limited experience, which is probably greater than most, I can tell you that it is difficult to imagine the sheer number of operations required to put all of the bits and pieces together to make a gun.
